If you feel tight, sore, stressed, overwhelmed, tired... I invite you to consider yoga* and personally discover

the benefits for the body, mind and soul. *Sanskrit translation of yoga is “to join", "to unite".

Sandy's goal is to bring yoga into your community, workplace or home, making it convenient and accessible for all.

Accessible Gentle Yoga is an approach to teaching based on the ideals of inclusivity, diversity and accessibility.

Accessible yoga is an approach to teaching based on the ideals of inclusivity, diversity and accessibility,

rather than a specific style of yoga.  Accessible Yoga is dedicated to sharing the benefits of Yoga with anyone

who currently does not have access to these practices, and with communities that have been excluded or under-served.

All people, regardless of ability or background, deserve equal access to the ancient practices of Yoga,

which offer individual empowerment and spiritual awakening.
